In principle, your data is processed based on the contractual relationship that exists with you as a result of your request for care and the medical contract concluded with you. In some cases, the processing may also be based on the vital tasks performed by healthcare providers.
To the extent that the processing could only be carried out based on your consent, this will be requested in advance. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your data is mainly processed internally. Access is limited to the extent that the internally involved persons need these data for the performance of their function and/or assignment.
The data may also be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the mentioned purposes. You also have, in certain cases, the right to have a copy of your personal data transferred to another person of your choice, to object to the further processing of your personal data, or to request that your personal data be deleted. However, the legal possibilities in this regard must always be taken into account.
